Annual General Meeting and General Meeting

The Board of Directors extends an invitation to member organisations
to join us in reflecting on the achievements of the past twelve
months and to hear of new and future developments involving
LIXI initiatives.
The morning will comprise of both an Annual General Meeting
and an General Meeting. The agenda is as follows:
10:00am – 10:10am – Annual General Meeting:

- Acceptance of Audited Financial Accounts
- Special Business
- Close
10:10am – 12:00pm – General Meeting:
- Opening
- Introduction of LIXI Board Members
- Overview of current LIXI Structure
- Chairman’s Address: Socrates Vasiliadis
- Overview of LIXI Membership
- Presentation by the Technical sub-committee: Update; Review
of LIXI Roadmap; Where to from here?
- General question and answer session
- 3 Minutes with a LIXI Developer *
- Conclusion of General Meeting
12:00pm – 1:00pm – Showcase Session and light lunch
During this time, selected members will display examples
of LIXI related development and are available to discuss their
experiences with the attendees in a one on one environment.

* This segment provides an overview
of the various development activities being undertaken by members.
The presentation will be moderated and strictly timed but the
informal showcase session and lunch that will follow should
provide ample opportunity to follow up with questions and discussion.
