New Working Groups
Bizdex Working Group
Bizdex (www.bizdex.com.au)
is an initiative of the federal government. It has a charter
to provide core infrastructure and support to industries moving
toward electronic commerce. As a result of a meeting between
LIXI and Bizdex representatives in January it has been decided
that a Working Group will be started to examine candidate applications
for developing a pilot project. If you have any interest in
being involved in this group, please send email to Nick Carr.
Please note that this is not necessarily a technical group,
management or analysts are very welcome.
LIXI Version 2.0
The current LIXI architecture has its roots in a different
age (3 years ago!) and while many members are currently focused
on implementing 1.X versions of CAL, there is consensus that
LIXI must always look to the future in terms of technical leadership.
If you are interested in helping to shape the next version of
LIXI or want to understand how future directions may effect
your existing implementations, please contact Barry Thomas.
