LIXI enables it’s members to efficiently deal with the lending community. Our focus is on these three areas – Enabling, creating efficencies and community. We recognise that benefits accrue in different areas for the different types of organisations who make up LIXI. Our members come from all areas of the lending community, including many technology providers, but also encompassing lenders, mortgage managers, broker groups, valuers, conveyancers, mortgage insurers and many others.

LIXI now has standards published for application, commissions, backchannel, valuations & settlements with progress continuing on other areas of the value chain.
